Chicken Tinola Recipe
A comforting Filipino chicken soup with ginger, green papaya, and chili leaves.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 piece Green papaya, sliced
- 2 cups Chili leaves
- 1 piece Ginger, sliced
- 1 piece Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Add the green papaya and cook until tender.
5. Stir in the fish sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the chili leaves and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
