- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups red or green salsa
- ½ cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 fried eggs (optional)
1. Heat the salsa in a large skillet over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
2. Add the tortilla chips to the skillet and stir to coat them with the salsa. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the chips are softened but not mushy.
3. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates. Top with crumbled queso fresco, chopped cilantro, sour cream, avocado slices, and fried eggs if using.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
