Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Green onions chopped
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the top before serving.
