- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
