  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Let cool and transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
