Ciabatta Grinder Salad Sandwich Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Ciabatta bread sliced in half
- 200 g Deli meats such as ham, salami, and turkey
- 100 g Provolone cheese sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise.
2. Layer the deli meats and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
4. Spread the salad mixture evenly over the meats and cheese.
5. Place the top half of the ciabatta bread on the sandwich and press down gently.
6. Slice the sandwich into individual servings and enjoy!
