Ciabatta Grinder Salad Sandwich Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Ciabatta bread sliced in half
- 200 g Deli meats such as ham, salami, and turkey
- 100 g Provolone cheese sliced
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes sliced
- ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1. Slice the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise. 
- 2. Layer the deli meats and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread. 
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine. 
- 4. Spread the salad mixture evenly over the meats and cheese. 
- 5. Place the top half of the ciabatta bread on the sandwich and press down gently. 
- 6. Slice the sandwich into individual servings and enjoy!
