Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed coffee strong
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 4 tablespoon Water for blooming gelatin

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bloom the gelatin in water for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the brewed coffee and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Cut into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.
