Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Pickle slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork with ½ cup of BBQ sauce. Shape the mixture into 4 rib-shaped patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce on the patties during the last few minutes of grilling.
  5. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for a minute or two until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a pork patty on each roll, then topping with sliced onions and pickles.
