- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
