Ingredients

  • 200 g Crab Meat
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Add the crab mixture on top of the bread in the skillet. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the filling is heated through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
