Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine ground pork, onion, milk, and water.
  2. 2. Add salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
  5. 5. Refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled.
