Deep Fried Cheese Curds Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese Curds
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Club Soda
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly add club soda to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
Dip cheese curds into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Fry cheese curds in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
