Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs deer meat, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.5 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
Mix all ingredients except deer meat in a bowl.
Add deer meat to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are covered.
Marinate in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
Preheat your dehydrator or oven to 160°F (70°C).
Place the marinated meat on the dehydrator trays or oven racks.
Dry for 4 hours or until the jerky is dry but still flexible.
