Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- β
teaspoon salt
- β
teaspoon black pepper
- ΒΌ teaspoon paprika for garnish
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
