Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • β…› teaspoon salt
  • β…› teaspoon black pepper
  • ΒΌ teaspoon paprika for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
