Doughnut Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick. Cut with a doughnut cutter.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry doughnuts until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and let cool slightly before serving.
