- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix 3.5 oz each
- 3 cups milk
- 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed 8 oz
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 can chocolate frosting 16 oz
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
Top with another layer of graham crackers, then spread the remaining pudding mixture over the top.
Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
Microwave the chocolate frosting for about 15 seconds to soften, then spread it evenly over the top layer of graham crackers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the graham crackers to soften.
