  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 Large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. 2. Make a well in the center and add beaten eggs.
  3. 3. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs. Add water as needed to form a dough.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut into noodles.
  6. 6. Cook noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve.
