  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 2 cups Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, half of the cheese, and chopped onion.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
