Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 cup Elbow macaroni
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken breast cubes and cook until no longer pink.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until tender.
6. Stir in the carrots and cabbage, cook until vegetables are tender.
7. Pour in the evaporated milk, season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Simmer for a few more minutes, then serve hot.
