Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. 3. In another bowl, add flour. Dredge marinated drumsticks in the flour, coating them evenly.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Fry the drumsticks in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
