Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 6 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. 3. Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and scramble until cooked through.
  4. 4. Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of sausage, scrambled eggs, bell peppers, onions, and cheese onto each tortilla. Roll them up tightly.
  5. 5. Wrap each burrito in aluminum foil and place in freezer bags. Freeze until ready to eat.
  6. 6. To reheat, remove the foil and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
