- 2 Bagels sliced in half
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Lettuce shredded
- 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
1. Spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagels.
2. Layer the tomato, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce on one half of each bagel.
3. Top with the other half of the bagel.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
