- 4 pieces Tortillas whole wheat or regular
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 1 cup Cucumbers sliced
- 0.5 cup Hummus
1. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
2. Spread a thin layer of hummus on each tortilla.
3. Evenly distribute the lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers on top of the hummus.
4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
