- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 cups vegetable oil for frying
1. Soak the chicken gizzards in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Dredge the soaked gizzards in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
5. Fry the gizzards in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
