Fried Mac and Cheese Balls
Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these fried mac and cheese balls are a perfect snack or appetizer.

- 2 cups Leftover mac and cheese
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 quart Vegetable oil for frying
1. Roll leftover mac and cheese into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
2. Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
3. Dredge each mac and cheese ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry mac and cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
