Ingredients 

Fruit Salsa

  • 2 cups Strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Cinnamon Chips

  • 10 pieces Flour Tortillas cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, lime juice, and honey. Mix well.
  3. Place tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. Serve with fruit salsa.
