Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
A fresh and sweet fruit salsa paired with crispy cinnamon chips.

Fruit Salsa
- 2 cups Strawberries diced
 - 1 cup Kiwi peeled and diced
 - 1 cup Pineapple diced
 - 1 cup Mango diced
 - 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
 - 1 tablespoon Honey
 
Cinnamon Chips
- 10 pieces Flour Tortillas cut into wedges
 - ¼ cup Butter melted
 - ½ cup Sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
 
 
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, lime juice, and honey. Mix well.
Place tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tortillas.
Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. Serve with fruit salsa.
