- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon butter
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add apple slices and cook until tender.
Pour the batter over the apples in the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar if desired.
