  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
