Greek Tzatziki Recipe
A refreshing Greek yogurt and cucumber dip, perfect for serving with pita bread or as a sauce for grilled meats.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cucumber, grated and strained Use English cucumber for best results
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped Fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground
1. Grate the cucumber and strain it to remove excess water.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
