  • 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
  • 1 Apple Thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a grill pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Layer with Swiss cheese, apple slices, and another slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. 4. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Grill until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
