Grilled Chicken Quesadillas
A quick and tasty meal with grilled chicken and melted cheese in a crispy tortilla.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
6. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add some cheese, chicken strips, and more cheese on top.
7. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
8. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
9. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
