Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches
Delicious grilled chicken sandwiches with a tropical twist of pineapple.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
- 4 Burger Buns
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush with olive oil.
Grill chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Grill pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Assemble sandwiches with grilled chicken, pineapple slices, and burger buns.
