Grilled Mac and Cheese Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic mac and cheese, grilled to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bread
- 4 tablespoon butter (for grilling)
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in milk and cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine macaroni with cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place 4 slices, butter side down, on a griddle or skillet.
Top with mac and cheese, then cover with remaining bread slices, butter side up.
Grill until golden brown on both sides.
