Grilled Mac and Cheese Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic mac and cheese, grilled to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
-  Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bread
- 4 tablespoon butter (for grilling)
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain. 
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in milk and cheese until melted and smooth. 
- Combine macaroni with cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper. 
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. 
- Place 4 slices, butter side down, on a griddle or skillet. 
- Top with mac and cheese, then cover with remaining bread slices, butter side up. 
- Grill until golden brown on both sides.
