Grilled Rock Lobster Tails Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 rock lobster tails
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Using a knife, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the middle and pull apart slightly.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
