Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 buns Burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 leaves Lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a salmon fillet on each bun, topped with lettuce and tomato slices.
