  • 2 buns Burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a salmon fillet on each bun, topped with lettuce and tomato slices.
