  • 4 slices Spam
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 0.5 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the grill pan.
  4. 4. Layer with Spam, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and onion slices.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Remove from the grill pan, slice in half, and serve warm.
