Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
  • 2 oz Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, oil side down, on the grill pan.
  4. 4. Top with sliced tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Cover with the remaining bread slices, oil side up.
  6. 6. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
