- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add sour cream, vinegar, chopped dill, sugar, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix everything well until the cucumbers are evenly coated.
4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
