Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Diced Carrots
  • 2 cups Diced Celery
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced carrots and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes (with juice) and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Stir in the frozen corn and peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
