  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 oz Egg noodles cooked and drained

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook until heated through.
  6. 6. Serve the stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles.
