Herb Watermelon Feta Salad
A refreshing summer salad with watermelon, feta, and fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon cubes and crumbled feta cheese.
Add the chopped mint and basil leaves to the bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss everything gently to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
