Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 0.25 lb Ham
- 0.25 lb Salami
- 0.25 lb Turkey
- 0.25 lb Provolone cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Pickles
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
Layer the ham, salami, turkey, and provolone cheese on the bottom half.
Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over the top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place the top half of the bread on and press down gently.
Slice into individual servings.
