Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
 - 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
 - 2 tablespoon Honey
 - 1 teaspoon Salt
 - 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
 
 
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Spread the carrots on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until carrots are tender and caramelized.
Serve warm.
