  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Top with the crushed potato chips.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
