Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Brioche buns
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced

Instructions 

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the fried chicken on brioche buns and topping with pickles.
