Hot Pepper Jelly Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped hot peppers
- 6 cups sugar
- 1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 packet liquid pectin
1. Combine bell peppers, hot peppers, sugar, and vinegar in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in liquid pectin and return to a boil for 1 minute.
4. Remove from heat and skim off any foam.
5. Pour into sterilized jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace. Seal with lids.
6. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
