Hummus Recipe
A simple and delicious hummus recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil plus extra for serving
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
- to taste Salt
- 2-3 tablespoon Water
1. In a food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice. Process for 1 minute.
2. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt to the whipped tahini and lemon juice. Process for 30 seconds.
3. Add half of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl, then add remaining chickpeas and process until thick and smooth.
4. With the food processor running, slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until the hummus is smooth and creamy.
5. Taste for salt and adjust as needed. Serve hummus with a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of paprika.
