- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers sliced
- 6 rolls Italian sandwich rolls
1. Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix over the roast.
3. Pour the beef broth around the roast.
4. Add the sliced pepperoncini peppers on top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
