Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta any short pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, red onion, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
