Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Large onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Return sausages to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until sausages are cooked through.
