Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Return sausages to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until sausages are cooked through.
